As a business owner, you are responsible for configuring the platform to suit your business needs and complying with all relevant laws and regulations when using AirMenu to engage with your customers.

  • Order management (e.g., scheduling, GPS tracking, order handling).
  • Payment processing integrations with Visa, PayPal, Stripe, and others.
  • Loyalty programs, marketing campaigns, and more​.

3. Customer Responsibility

As a business owner, you are responsible for managing your own customers’ interactions. This includes ensuring that your operations, such as order processing and customer data management, comply with applicable laws and regulations. You must establish and communicate your own privacy policy to your customers, as AirMenu only provides the platform and is not responsible for end-customer data collection or usage​.

4. Conduct on the Platform

You are responsible for how you use AirMenu to build and manage your business. Ensure that:

  • You do not engage in illegal activities or share harmful content.
  • Your use of AirMenu does not infringe on the rights of others.
  • You comply with all applicable laws in operating your business.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if these rules are violated.

5. Customization and Integrations

AirMenu offers flexible customization options to suit a wide range of businesses. You can integrate AirMenu with third-party systems such as POS solutions, payment gateways, and other applications through our API​.

You are responsible for ensuring that these integrations function correctly for your business. AirMenu is not liable for third-party service disruptions or failures.

  • Delivery services like Uber and BoltFood.
  • Google Sheets, IFTTT, and more​.

6. User-Generated Content

Any content you create using AirMenu (e.g., menus, promotions, or customer interactions) is your responsibility. You must ensure that your content does not infringe on the rights of others or violate any laws. AirMenu is not liable for content you generate using the platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AirMenu provides the platform “as is” and does not guarantee that it will always be free of errors or interruptions. While we strive to offer a reliable and efficient service, you acknowledge that AirMenu is not responsible for any disruptions in service, including those caused by third-party integrations​.

8. Limitation of Liability

AirMenu is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the platform. We do not take responsibility for any products or services you provide to your customers using AirMenu. You are responsible for ensuring your business operations comply with applicable laws and that your integrations with third-party services function correctly.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your AirMenu account and password. AirMenu will never ask for your password, and you should notify us immediately if your account is compromised.

10. Termination of Use

AirMenu reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violations of these terms or for engaging in illegal activity. If your account is terminated, you will lose access to the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal. By using the platform, you agree that any disputes will be resolved under Portuguese law.
